1
For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

1
Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.

2
That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of Elohim, and of the Father, and of Ha ’ Mahshyah;

2
Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;

3
In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

3
Withal praying also for us, that Elohim would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Ha ’ Mahshyah, for which I am also in bonds:

4
And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.

4
That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.

5
For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Ha ’ Mahshyah.

5
Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.

6
As ye have therefore received Ha ’ Mahshyah Yehoshwah the Adonaï, so walk ye in him:

6
Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

7
Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

7
All my state shall Tychicus declare unto you, who is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Adonaï:

8
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Ha ’ Mahshyah.

8
Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;

9
For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Elohimhead bodily.

9
With Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They shall make known unto you all things which are done here.

10
And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

10
Aristarchus my fellowprisoner saluteth you, and Marcus, sister's son to Barnabas, (touching whom ye received commandments: if he come unto you, receive him;)

11
In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Ha ’ Mahshyah:

11
And Yehoshwah, which is called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These only are my fellowworkers unto the kingdom of Elohim, which have been a comfort unto me.

12
Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of Elohim, who hath raised him from the dead.

12
Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Ha ’ Mahshyah, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of Elohim.

13
And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

13
For I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for you, and them that are in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis.

14
Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

14
Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you.

15
And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

15
Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church which is in his house.

16
Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

16
And when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea.

17
Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Ha ’ Mahshyah.

17
And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Adonaï, that thou fulfil it.

18
Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

18
The salutation by the hand of me Paul. Remember my bonds. Grace be with you. Amen.

19
And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of Elohim.

20
Wherefore if ye be dead with Ha ’ Mahshyah from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

21
(Touch not; taste not; handle not;

22
Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

23
Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.
